1. Do you offer free delivery?

Free delivery within New South Wales is available for orders that are water-based and valued at $300 or higher.

2. Do you provide color matching services?

Yes, we offer free color matching services in-store. Simply bring in a piece of the sample color (minimum 3cm in diameter), and our experts will match it for you.

3. What are your shipping options?

We offer standard and express shipping across Australia on items eligible for shipping. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while express shipping takes 1-2 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

4. Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the carrier's website.

5. Do you offer pickup options?

Yes, you can pick up your order at our location: 1/13 Sydenham Road, Brookvale, NSW 2100 during business hours (Monday to Friday, 6 AM - 4 PM AEST, Saturday, 7 AM - 12 PM AEST). Orders placed before 11 AM will generally be available for pickup after 2 PM the same day. Orders placed after 11 AM will be available the next business day.

6. Can I exchange my item?

Yes, you can exchange your items within 14 days of purchase for non-tinted paint and accessories that are unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging with proof of purchase. You can exchange the item in-store or via post. Any cost incurred in sending the exchange items will be borne by the consumer. A 25% restocking fee applies.

7. What is your return policy?

Change of Mind

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for non-tinted paint and accessories that are unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging with proof of purchase. Any cost incurred by the consumer in sending return & exchange items due to change of mind will be borne by the consumer, accompanied by a 25% restocking fee.

Faulty Items

Store credit or product replacement may be offered for faulty items, in accordance with Australian consumer protection laws. Issues regarding faults in manufacturing must be raised within 14 days of receipt of your goods. We reserve the right to have the faulty claim investigated by authorised technicians and/or manufacturer representatives, in line with warranty claims.
